Disappointed, people seem to rave about bedrock. This is first one I have tried. Not a bad wine maybe just didn’t live up to unrealistic expectations. Just seemed like a standard Napa cab. Didn’t find anything particularly great or particularly bad. Maybe it’s shut down. Some dark fruits, vanilla, don’t really feel a whole lot going on. For this price range I have no shortage of options I like a lot more.

12/6/20, 6:29 AM - I used my Coravin in 2 glasses, drank one fairly quickly and the other about an hour later. I don’t think you need a long decant but probably an hour or so would help. The 2nd was better.
I don’t think it’s a waste.
