This was a lovely, rich, wonderfully balanced Santa Barbara Chardonnay. Apple and peach blossom with vanilla/pastry on a pronounced nose complemented by a fruit-forward palate leading to a lush buttery mid-palate and a relatively long finish that ends with a lovely, lingering spiciness.
