Decanted 3 hrs. Pale ruby. Nose of blueberry, cassis, leather. Bright forward acidity backed up with stringy tannins, fairly well balanced. Medium to long finish. Taste of blueberry, red fruit, cassis, tanned leather.

Unique, well balanced but slightly "jammy".

Nose of lavender / floral, manuka honey, chocolate, black licorice / anise

Medium / deep garnet.

Bright acid backed up with grippy tannins. Well balanced. long finish. Strawberry, star anise, peat/charcoal.

Dark purple. Cassis, red fruit and tobacco on the nose. Great balance with medium acid and smooth tannins. Medium to long finish. Tastes of blackberry, minerality, with some floral notes.

Purple/red. Nose of pine, cocoa, cassis, red fruit. Bright acid in front with punchy and persistent tanins. Long finish. Taste of red fruit, cassis, stone.

Pale ruby. Nose of cherry, licorice, black pepper, chocolate. Great structure. Strong acid backed up with a strong but well rounded tannin. Long finish. Taste of subtle red fruit, cassis and good minerality.

Needs a long decant and / or a couple of years. Opens highly acidic but as it opens some good tannin comes in and balances it out, though it is still on the acidic side. Notes of tobacco and stone fruit. Deep / medium Garnet colour. Earthy nose with some dark fruit.
