A nose like roses, a short somewhat acidic rush, a few seconds of medium weight soft lemon (no oak vanilla that I can detect), a little bit of mineral and then a long finish that lasts for minutes. I would have guessed a Puligny at the top of the slope but this apparently is mostly Meursault. But what an incredible finish - and wine making!
