Villages wine but typical burgundy flavours and palate, very enjoyable, great nose.
Dharsh has pharyngitis and couldn’t enjoy it but watched along.

I enjoyed it despite my aversion to Sauvignon Blanc.
Crisp and acidic, with pear and nectarine.
Well balanced
Was paired with sushi - maybe pair with Thai food or pizza next time.
Alex didn’t enjoy it much compared to Chardonnay
