Tasty on the palate
But very poor after taste - ?issue with storage vs vintage

Alex loved it as did Warrick.
Buttery, balanced. Not too complex. Early nose and palate interesting. Buttery.

I enjoyed it despite my aversion to Sauvignon Blanc.
Crisp and acidic, with pear and nectarine.
Well balanced
Was paired with sushi - maybe pair with Thai food or pizza next time.
Alex didn’t enjoy it much compared to Chardonnay

A bit more acidic than No2. Less smooth, less complex overall taste but still very enjoyable.
Alex preferred this to No2. Was decanted in 2020
