Comes out of the bottle with a mineral crispness. Let it settle for about 15 minutes and it softens nicely with pear and honey. Nice bottle to drink with a little time.

Complex long finish cab. Great at price point. Needs a solid decant and drank better for me on day 2 and then perfectly 3 after frig.
