Pleasant cherry notes, yes a little short at the finish but still enjoyed with a plate of strong cheeses

Well after recommended drinking time and it took about two hours after decanting to release into what was beautiful chocolate and plum notes. Prior to that normal forest floor from an aged wine.

Found this in one of my wine fridges and wasn’t expecting a lot as well past recommended drinking but was pleasantly surprised great on the nose. Cherry and chocolate strongly on the palate, and greatly enjoyed it.
