Great bottle of earthy Bordeaux. Leather Earthy Tobacco with dark dark fruit. Needed some time to breath. Great tannins and paired very well with steak frites and beef bourguignon on the table.

Opened 1.5 hours before drinking, decanted 30 min before. Didn’t show its age to the extent we expected. Still had lively acid and good color. Good berry notes and fruit with cigar ash, herbs and very soft, sweet tannin.

Opened bottle 1.5 hours before drinking and poured into decanter for last 30 min

Great bold bottle, jammy dark cherry, dried fruit, raisins, leather, great acidity with tannins that started to show themselves after some time, a little bit sweet with some oaky notes
