Not sure if my bottle was cooked in delivery, but this was sadly not a very good Spatlese from Mosel. Lack of energy, minerality, fruit, barely any sugars. I letf the bottle sit in my wine locker for 2 weeks after delivery to settle down, but did not taste good in my mouth, but not bad either. I think I am going to return this. This is nothing like what MFW issue #62 described it as, very disturbing, I might have to stop buying wines online.
