This bottle came off as flabby and tired. My first bottle was precise and balanced and beautiful. Paired with bbq lambchops. The BC Burrowing Owl Merlot paired beautifully. Hoping that this was just a dud bottle.

Quite good but not great for the price ($38 ca). Pleasant red fruit, smooth, medium finish. Look forward to my second bottle, but will be waiting for the price to come down before I buy a third.
