Medium to deep gold color possibily from the age. Aromas of lemon and tropical fruit. A fruit forward wine and relatively dry.

Medium bodied nice Michigan red. Red fruits, raspberry, cherry. A little tart, maybe some earthy rocky notes.

I really like this wine as a cheap, simple, easy drinker. Ripe fruits mask a fair amount of the more complex flavors in the blend. Dark berries like plum, maybe a little cherry and blueberry. Definitely some leathery notes along with oak. Medium tannins with a pretty nice finish. Doesn’t give the complex flavors of some more expensive French blends but for what it is I’d definitely buy again for $6

Jammy with tons of raspberry, cherry, and plum. Maybe a little vanilla. The sweetness dominates too much for me. Overall an OK wine but there are better choices for the price at TJs

Great TJ’s wine for the price. Blackberry, dark berries complemented with a nice smoky taste. Bourbon barrels add a nice earthy complexity - crushed rocks, graphite

At Trader Joe’s for $4! Blueberry, plums, oaky. Don’t get a super long finish but it’s a nice Malbec. Can’t beat the price!

Very sweet for a table wine with almost a sparkling wine feel. Alcoholic grape juice. Way too sweet.
