Little bit of VA when you first open the bottle so make sure to let it blow off before tasting

The wine opens up into rich complex aromas of cherry, raspberry, milk chocolate, dried herbs, a hint of menthol, and cassis. Nice ripe flavors, no steminess. Developing nicely and will continue to age well. For my palate, this is the perfect time to drink this wine

Tannins are strong and fuzzy, but not grippy or velvety. The wine has a full body and medium high acidity making for a beautiful balanced final product

Lusciously sweet with perfectly balanced acidity and full body. A finish that lasts for days. Drink now, or age for another 10 years

Citrus, Stone fruit, that characteristic apricot marmalade partnered with ginger, eucalyptus, Jasmine, and honey

So worth the price. This wine is drinking great now, but will develop beautifully over the next 10 years

Fragrant and youthful, with bright blackberry, plum, cassis, vanilla, and a slightly minty herbal note. The figginess of age is just barely starting to slip in, while the primary fruit dances richly on the nose and palate.

Dry, medium+ acidity, full body, and delightfully velvety tannins.

Typical lean French Syrah. Bright red fruits and floral notes. Cranberry, raspberry, hibiscus, rose, a bit sanguine and savory, vanilla, and smoke

Porch pounder

Zingy, but not overwhelmingly acidic. Complex bouquet of lemon-lime, orange blossom, honeysuckle, white peach, green apple

Very citrusy on the palate, dry, medium body, regrettably short finish
Red
Complex, medium intensity nose. Very acidic with potent, grippy tannins. A LOT of oak influence, not very well integrated

Blackberry, black currant, cranberry, tart blueberry, tobacco, cola, wet leaves, dark chocolate, smoke, charcoal, vanilla

Beautiful purple color and well balanced. Earthy with tart red fruit (raspberry, cranberry) and black plum, dried oregano, forest floor, and a hint of smoke

Perception of sweetness on the palate but totally dry. Medium acid, medium+ tannin, tart medium finish, solidly medium body

Pretty typical prosecco - off-dry with honeycomb, pear, apple, hazelnut. Maybe more nutty than fruity

High acid, medium body, bold but not aggressive mousse.
White - Sweet/Dessert

Oxidized - burnt caramel and raisin. Dried orange, apricot marmalade. Sickly sweet. Probably pretty good but well past its prime
Red
Pale ruby and medium(-) body. High alcohol and medium acid, medium tannin. Almost pinot like quality. Not a wine that will age well, but a nice table wine right now. Raspberry/cranberry with some warming spices and a little vanilla. Blackberry and blueberry on the palate. Short finish.

High acid, medium body, dry. Medium intensity aromas of yellow apple, blossom, lemon-lime, pineapple. Palate feels rounder than typical pinot grigio - likely stirred lees during winemaking in a more gris style. Melon, lime, pineapple on the palate. Acidity is too astringent & needs to be paired with fatty foods to be smoothed out. Paired with roasted chicken and it was perfect
Red
Low tannins, medium body and acidity. Oak isn't well integrated, but is still pleasant. Vanilla, cinnamon, plum hits the nose first followed by black pepper, leather and cigar box, and a hint of rose petal. Bright red fruits on the palate, lots of red cherry and strawberry. Vanilla oaky finish

High level of chewy but soft tannin, medium (+) acid, medium finish. Complex and intense with oaky notes (charred wood, smoke, vanilla), and tertiary (wet leaves, earth) leading, blue fruit (blueberry, boysenberry, plum), dried herbs (sweet tobacco, dried oregano), and finally just a hint of strawberry on the finish. Very good quality, can drink as a standalone or with food. Would pair with bbq or stinky cheese
