非常迷人又精细的香气,丝丝缕缕黄柠檬、接骨木花、橙花开启了雨后的晴空,细细的石灰矿物感和粉胡椒带来了磨砂的质地和厚度,像是透过玻璃看向莫奈的花园。黄桃、白桃、葡萄柚、轻微的蜜瓜等各种果味,慢慢汇聚,像梭子一样穿过鼻腔,而后复归印象派,白花香朦胧地停驻着,未曾走远。入口先是一点隐约,随后起势,变得饱满,酒液伴随着萃取感(类似成熟黄柠檬皮带来的质地)扩散整个和包裹口腔,带来紧致和张力感,和石灰等矿物感共同构成结构,在余味留下一点刺激感。酸度高,有主线,能扩散,持续力强,整个口腔都在冒口水。花果味清晰透亮,轻盈中有复杂度,橙花、金银花等小白花萦绕周遭,包裹着葡萄柚、白桃、油桃、柠檬之类的果味,收尾有些许粉胡椒和香草的轻微辛辣,收尾长。

瓶醒一个小时,果味更加盛放,出来些许酸菠萝汁味,柠檬奶昔,甜橙,酸奶油,矿物粉末很是飘渺,轻微的磨砂质地,慢慢随风飞散,夹着白花凝露(甚至还有些茉莉花)和柠檬精油的味道。口感更加活跃且有刺激性,浓中带着一丝轻描淡写的意味,后段的矿物修长且有金属感。两个小时后香气中出现了一些绿茶雪糕味。三个小时后,薄纱般的花香包裹着一点点南瓜子、鲜奶、清晰的西柚、轻微的绿豆沙香气,喝起来曲线有致,线条修长,微微的茶味,标志性的矿物感充斥整体,出现些许铿锵之音。四个小时,口感收尾有轻微鲜奶味。

第三天仍然口感强劲,在口中含上一两秒,光滑而略带酥麻感的萃取爬满口腔,矿物金属衔接,果味集中充沛,颇有一些荡气回肠的意味,触感持久。回味有一丝欧芹味。96/100

醒酒1小时30分钟。入杯便能闻到略带野性且颇为深沉的香气,大量的黑樱桃、黑李子、黑莓之类的黑果盘踞嗅觉中央,随着杯中继续醒酒,慢慢会从果味的外周出现通透的树莓、覆盆子和山楂之类的红果味,果味浓郁,伴随着紫罗兰、玫瑰花瓣、干玫瑰和些许松露味,铺展中上扬飘散,底部还有些红茶、甜香料和香根草。口感中结构颇大,单宁多而平铺,较为坚固有力,相比起香气,口感中的果味偏“红”,质感上佳,有着向内汇聚的深度和聚拢意味,收尾略带野性和林地气息,美中不足的是收尾处不够紧致。95/100

和上一次喝这款酒的感受基本一致,不过香气的奶油感似乎显得更加纤细和光滑。口感圆润饱满,作为一款Kabinett,无论是结构还是浓郁感,比之前两瓶成熟度颇高的酒一点也不逊色,反而更多了一丝“不着痕迹”的意味在,让整瓶酒喝起来又有轻盈和轻松感。93-94/100

    Of course it is a very good Kabinett with outstanding structure and concentration. But for me, this wine is not as enjoyable as the not-Alte Reben one, because it is not so much fruit flavor and appear some serious.

香气讨喜,起头就带有浓重的奶油味,黑樱桃、黑莓等黑果之中透露出一些晶莹的红色光泽,还有些苹果汁的味道,玫瑰和紫罗兰花瓣勾勒出一些丰腴的质感,蓬松中内核紧实,中后段多石墨、巧克力、香草奶油以及香料等味道。入口结构较大,集中度较高,质地比较绵软,但有一道线条贯穿前后。黑醋栗、黑樱桃等果味并不太坚固,柔软丰富,花瓣、烟草碎、细细的矿物质地绵绵,较为享乐,余味较长。93/100

香气相当甜美,带有浓稠黏密的苹果酱、桃杏果干、大量的热带果酱、枇杷、咸柠檬、蜜饯柑橘等果味,还有焦糖布丁、蜂蜜结晶和柠檬茶之类的甜香,本应是势大力沉,但却有收束之感,各种味道沉稳交融。刚开瓶的时候,中后段有着些许焚香、燧石烟雾和细矿物的气息,仿佛寺庙的烟雾缭绕,宁静而有些看不太真切(这个味道会慢慢散去,留下更明确的甜香,但是我个人却有些钟爱这种表达)。入口酸度结构大,集中度很高。霸道扩张,富有冲击力,从舌尖开始便沿着口腔所有平面扩张,迅速占领整体,甚至连高甜都压制住了,一反儒雅之感,反而突出了一种快意恩仇的飒爽。大量的果味,桃杏果脯、苹果馅和热带果自不待言,还有着乌梅果酱、柠檬茶、咸柠檬、蜜饯柑橘和枇杷糖浆味,中后段有干花,蜂蜜和焦糖味。后段烟雾缭绕,矿物扑簌,收尾酸度依然强劲,生津效果好,激起持久生津。96+/100
