Orange
Nose of stonefruit, apricot, some barnyard funk and even some petrol as the wine warmed toward room temperature. On the palate, the wine tastes of orange and lemon, with an interesting white pepper streak that runs through the long finish. The wine is moderately structured with powdery tannins from the skin contact. A very interesting wine; at its best around 55 - 60 degrees F.

Transparent ruby with slight bricking. Super strong nose of roses, with black earth, truffles and a hint of old books lurking in the background. Pure red fruit is front and center on the palate - raspberry, red currant. Dusty rose petals. Light but lingering acidity over the remaining fine tannins. An elegant and complete wine; very enjoyable to drink over the course of an evening.

flawed
A strong note of stewed tomato with an off nose; believe this bottle was flawed.
Red
Nose of black cherry, blackberry, gray stones and a slight seaside funk. On the palate, the wine is full and concentrated, with the black cherry and stoney character leading the profile, supported by good acidity and a broad mild tannic grip. This is a nice wine that will only improve with time.

This wine has a beautiful ruby color and smells strongly of black cherry, kirsh, black earth and graphite/pencil lead. On the palate, the initial cherry notes are overshadowed by a round array of savory earth and mushroom. Of special note here are the powdery tannins and subtle but persistent acid. This is an excellent wine now, but should be better with aging.

A deep golden color, with a strong nose of honey, caramel, stone fruit and dusty oak. On the palate, the wine is dense, almost oily, with notes of grilled peaches, almonds and a touch of bitterness to round out the medium finish.

Light-bodied, with a pinkish hue. Very purfumed with red fruit and mushroom and old books in equal proportions. Very enjoyable to drink.

White
Lemon, petrol and orange citrus on the nose. Palate is expansive and lush, with subtle supporting acidity and a stronger orange citrus note and perhaps some ripe yellow apple. Very nice wine; enjoyable and easy to drink at 8% abv.
White - Sweet/Dessert
Rich and viscous, with some oyster shell and herbaceous notes (rosemary/thyme?) quite prominent on the palate. This is a very interesting wine, though the viscosity is not for everyone.

Red
A nice and powerful nose of old books, green bell pepper and black truffle. The palate was primarily red fruit supported by an acidic backbone, with mushroom and some warm winter spice. This wine was concentrated and drinking like something half its age. Very enjoyable over the course of an evening. The wine had lost a dimension by day two, so best to consume upon opening.
White - Sparkling
This wine has a strong bready nose with an interesting underlying note of blue cheese rind. On the palate, it is rich and dense with ripe yellow fruit, grilled lemon and mushroom. As it warmed, the cheese rind note disappeared, so I'd suggest keeping this cooled.
