Black fruits dominant over red fruits.
Some oak. Medium to high tannins - softens quickly after 30min-1 hr in the bottle. Full bodied. High acid. Medium finish.

I enjoyed this bottle although I think its lacking in complexity and finish. Simple wine.

Lots of red fruit on the nose. Couldn't really get any hints of the dried fruits or other elements of the Amarone pomace. Good juicy fruit though with low tannins. Crowd pleaser amongst friends who don't really drink. Medium simple fruity finish. Medium acid.
White - Off-dry

Double decanted for 4 hours prior to drinking. Garnet red. Medium nose. Predominant black fruits with hints of vanilla. Earthiness and mushrooms came through. Medium complex finish. Smooth silky tannins. Paired very well with ribs.
