Absolutely delicious! It does need longer than an hour to fully open up, it was also great the next day. Berries on the nose, full body, and quite dry.

Nose: earth and leather.

Green bell pepper on the nose, blackberries on the palate, with a hint of smoke. Medium to full body and medium dry.

Citrus on the nose, grassy. Tastes like the ocean, almost savory. it was delicious with the fish.

Great wine to accompany a meal with strong flavors, we had it with beef stew and it was delicious. The wine was aerated but it still took around 10 minutes for the flavors to really open.

Some currant and leather. A bit spicy. Well balanced but not overly complex. Very good.

Crisp, tart apple, grassy on the nose. Very delicious. Good with Asian food.
