Cork is on edge of breaking down, almost lost it on way out. Still got backbone of acidity and lemon freshness, though now quite evolved. Near or past peak, wouldn't keep for toom much longer

    10/22/14, 1:51 AM - Curious. Wonder if that was purely a cork related issue. Had one recently that seemed barely evolved at all. Would have picked 2-3 years old max.
