Typical big barossa shiraz, not a lot of pepper buy dark berry flavour very round, suprisingly it did thin a little as it breathed and warmed in the glass.
Still an outstanding wine.

Incredibly smooth, almost sweet, no acid or edge, consumed after food with cheese.

Good structure, nice light wine, character emerged as it warmed. Straight from wine fridge at 14c decanted then consumed, it warmed rapidly as it was a hot day. Not over long on the palate, good early flavour but short on the palate, a fragrant nose. Not over the hill. A very pleasant wine to drink on a warm afternoon.

The bottle was stored in wine fridge at 14c, decanted for an hour before drinking, served late afternoon with a selection of cheese. A medium crimson colour, surprisingly soft on the palate, a rich fruit flavour very elegant, this wine would have been over powered if consumed with a meal, there were almost no tannins whatsoever. This bottle was right in its drinking window.

Opened 3 bottles straight from wine fridge set to 14c, decanted about an hour before drinking. A deep purple colour with intense flavour very smooth and long on the palate with layers of flavour, growing with richness as the wine warmed.
