Tangerine and vanilla nose, similar on the palette. Slightly overly sweet for my tastes, but an excellent wine overall.

A bit of excess heat when first opened, mellowed out over the next day or two. Very dark purple in color, medium tannins, great spiciness. Held up very well to spicy asian food.
