  June 6, 2011 - 12.3% alcohol. Vibrant, refreshing, and just the thing to cut through Houston's ridiculous summer weather. Apple and green apple on the nose, with a mineral kick that is bright. In the mouth, the purity and focus of the wine is terrific. This is precise, with delicious fruit laced by a subtle crushed shell note reminiscent of some Champagnes and bright acidity. Finish is juicy and refreshing. A-
