April 13, 2016 - Still drinking well. Definitely needs some air to fully open up. Nice dark fruit and some spicy earthiness. Nice moderately long finish.

August 4, 2014 - Decanted for 30 minutes. We loved the nose and recognized it as a stunning zin from the get go. Dark, deep berry. Same on entry, mid palate and finish. Brings some dark berry spice along for the ride. This is chewy, tasty and a wonderful wine for the price.

April 3, 2014 - Tobacco & spice & earthy. Strong forward taste which softened after 20 minutes in the glass. More mellow as wine aged in glass. Paired well with mild cheese. Fruit tones showed & stayed throughout the time we drank. Great time to be drinking this wine!
