February 9, 2020 - Healthy deep color. Nose has that dark fruit and oak spice profile of the modernist leaning. Some cool earth tones as well. The palate is an interesting mixture of mature fruit and a disjointed, slightly volatile finish. Overdone which is too bad. Not flawed but not my cup of tea. (88)
