March 31, 2011 - Monthly Tasting Group LTB 2011-04; Chile Carmenère (By HV): Fairly deep bouquet with pleasant ripe forest fruits and elegant oak. A little toasted in the start with some white pepper, cherries and medium ripe blackberries. Good concentration and bitterness.
