November 5, 2012 - This was opened an hour before consuming, and it made a big difference. On the nose, plums are accompanied by bright and full strawberries, cinnamon, black earth, trees, and leather. It's even on contact when tasted. Raspberries, plums, and blackberries all show themselves quickly. They're reserved, but they're there. Tannins build to become firm, but they don't go too far. The leather from the nose remains in the background, giving way to the fruit. Juicy cherry flavors evolve on the finish with a good sense of depth, and a bit of mint appears late on the finish.

December 24, 2010 - Good but fairly straight forward. No magic.
