October 20, 2023 - Nesta safra 2008 o blend teve 61% de Pinot Noir, 34% de Chardonnay e 5% de Pinot Meunier, com pequena parcela do vinho base (5%) vinificada e envelhecida em grandes foudres. Alc. 12% vol. Na taça um perlage delicado e intenso e uma festa de aromas e sabores tostados e frutados, principalmente panificação e frutas secas. Jantar no Segreto Ristorantino, outubro/2023.

September 18, 2023 - Straw color. Small, persistent buubles. Aromas of apple, lemon, dried apricots, brioche, chalk. High acidity, medium body. Taste of lemon, green apple, chalk. Very youthful.

May 18, 2023 - From mag. Very youthful still with nice acidity and full body w long finish. Will try to not touch last mag for a number of years.

May 17, 2023 - Champagne In My Backyard: Served blind. This had an apple flesh core, with some tangy acid. It came off as kinda closed down for me, tight, lacking balance. It loosened up with air, then shows some stone fruit.

May 15, 2023 - Blind: literally talking about Veuve while I was tasting this blind. I think the house gets a bad name in my humble opinion. This was a great setup in a lineup of primarily growers. This showed well as a classic style with a creamy mouth feel an actual buttery note.
