October 11, 2019 - Still needs time to open after popping. After two hours it was really singing with black fruit, esp. plums, and cedar. Really lovely, but decant it early.

March 21, 2018 - Superb! $40/btl from WTSO 7 years ago. Cellaring this wine has helped coax out it's magic. Intense cabernet fruit, with cocoa, earth, forest floor, eucalyptus, balanced with bracing acidity. "Bacio divino" indeed!

August 12, 2016 - decanted for 30 minutes and then consumed over the next 2 hours. this is what I love about napa cabs. beautiful dark fruit and mouth coating palate. nicely balanced with light acidity. cocoa and menthol on both the nose and the palate. just well made wine. feels like its in its prime drinking window, but who knows.
