January 18, 2012 - An OK blend but certainly not in the top tier. I nice fruity wine for casual drinking.

June 2, 2011 - I did not like this wine. I'm always wary of kitchen sink blends, at least those that are one of a kind, as opposed to those that recreate the same blend for several vintages. These once only blends usually are created to hide something, usually VA. True to point, with this wine I got VA on the nose. I got that sharp, spicy burning on the mid palate, that reinforced my diagnosis. Once you get past the VA, there is some decent wine here. Some serious blueberry and blackberry fruit. Very nice civilized tannins. The acidity was right on. But, VA is VA, they didn't fool me, so please don't waste any $$ on this wine.
