June 26, 2015 - Aired an hour. Straw yellow color. Limestone, citrus, yellow apple, tropical fruits, wax and hint of oak. Smooth and concentrated fruit in the mouth with medium acidity, medium plus length and good balance. Smooth and somewhat soft finish.

October 1, 2011 - Bright yellow color. Fresh and floral aromas. Tropical fruit, light citrus. Smooth and dry finish. Served with Soumaintrain (cheese washed in chablis) and figbread. Superb combination.
