    November 29, 2014 - WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Medium Lemon colour. It is borderline pale gold.
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Developing, showing Medium intensity primary aromas of fresh green apple, lemon, secondary aromas of cheese.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a High level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.5%). It has Medium body and Medium intensity primary flavours of fresh lemon, green apple, secondary flavours of cheese. The finish is Medium(-) It has a clinical, steely mouthfeel
    Overall: Reasonable concentration and structure, good typicity, bit short.
    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing. Lacks enough structure and concentration to develop further; High-Priced (£ 16.87 )

    February 11, 2014 - Another good bottle, that makes me feel better. Mineral with great acidity, these couple of years in the bottle adds to the complexity for sure, but the freshness suggest more years to come. Sure bet for me here.
