May 29, 2018 - Day 1: Not as good as the last bottle earlier this year. A touch oxidized. Shells, lemon curd, spices and baked pie crust. Short to medium finish with a nice orange peel quality. Will revisit day 2. 88 points
Day 2: Similar to day 1. Not sensing the oxidation as much. Tart fruits and good acidity. While I would recommend drink now still life left. 89 points -

February 16, 2018 - 3 Day Wine Reviews that Rock!; 2/12/2018-4/15/2018: My two local guys got this right and someone I don't know didn't. Shells, orange peel, lemon and saline. For a lower level Chablis this is an excellent value and one that is drinking at peak right now. Screw cap helps and should be all closers in Burgundy but that is my opinion. Solid 91 plus.
Day 2: Still drinking well but not as good as it lost some of its fruit profile. Picks up some mint on day 2 along with an interesting match stick quality. Not as good as day 1 so I would pop and pour and consume. Drink now! -

July 11, 2017 - Rose and Such (Robert and Cheryl's house): Drank a small glass with oysters. Rich and deeper than many Chablis that I have had, while still showing that sea breeze and minerality.

July 8, 2017 - An Evening on the Patio (Robert & Cheryl's): Light gold color. Drank 1+ glass over 30 minutes. This was delicious and a brilliant pairing with our Hurricane Oysters. Drinking well with some much appreciated bottle age and no sign of decline. Very nice and briny with a lemon core and crisp acid on top of classic minerality.
