December 31, 2022 - Compared to previous bottle, this one had consistent nose of lemon drops with petrol replaced by apples; Drank over two hours where flavors centered on apple, pear and apricot which became more prevalent as wine warmed up. A nice long finish with notes of candied citrus while the acid is still going strong.

November 26, 2020 - Beautiful easy drinking wine with tropical and citrus fruit that is mouth coating and keeps going for a deliciously long finish. Drank it with Thanksgiving turkey and it was a crowd pleaser.

April 21, 2019 - Upon open, petrol and lemon aromas were still very prevalent at this stage; but as wine warmed and opened, it turned to creamy pear, honey and apple, all persisting on a very long finish; acid structure was very much in tact and some spritz still present; this one is just getting started; no doubt this will last at least another decade and then some

October 22, 2016 - Huge apple and lime aromas and flavors; turns to pear and honey on the palate; long, silky finish with touch of slate and petrol
