December 6, 2020 - This wine has lost its complexity but its quality still shows. Worked nicely with weekend leftovers. Interestingly, thought it tasted better the second night.

November 1, 2014 - My last bottle, rated as outstanding this time, so achieved its highest standard ever for me with this bottle. Lovely waves of deep berries in suave, silky finish. It took about an hour to open up, so if anyone has bottles left, expect great delights for years to come.

April 25, 2014 - YummmmmMeritage. Enjoyed with Kate and Janny at the BoJo's.

January 8, 2013 - Had it with braised lambs tongues, cardoon casserole and duxelles. Decanted for about 2 hours. Spicy, refined cassis fruit, grippy tannins. A great bargain that's still drinking really well. I hope this wasn't my last bottle.
