March 19, 2016 - Académie des Cinquante Moselle / Ahr Tasting (Restaurant De Burgemeester *, Linschoten, Netherlands): Pure, precise, mineral and elegant, light as a feather but intense, steely Saar acidity even in this riper vintage, beautifully balanced, real finesse and length.

April 1, 2015 - Thai at Dural: AP #5. Smoke, lemon, orange rind and peach. Some definite fruit richness that is carried well with a tangy acidity. The residual sugar is apparent but not the dominating force. A real moreish quality about it and good length. Very young still, I'll try to hold onto my next bottle for as long as I can!

September 28, 2011 - Quite delicious, very light, faint lime and full of promise.

September 23, 2011 - I must confess I have a weakness for this kind of wines, because they succeed in achieving a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity and also have an excellent value for money. Clean greenish yellow with golden glint. Papaya, burn tyres (typical from this wines), herbal and sweet aromas, creamy and fresh. Some carbonic on the palate, citric fruits, medlar, peach, mineral hints, good sweetness-acidity balance, nice and elegant after taste with herbal notes.
Very enjoyable wine and of course fully recommended.

June 17, 2011 - I liked this better than most of the other guys. Tasted blind I thought it was an Auslese from the sweetness and weight. I like the purity here and the honesty to the terroir. The nose was very pretty too. A confident wine.

    June 17, 2011 - 2011 Casual Session - 9 @ ES (Extra Space Boon Keng): Alcohol 10.5%
A.P. 3 567 142 05 10. Served with Riedel O Bordeaux. Opened for 9hrs. Still tight on both nose and palate. Nose is quite expressive, with focus aromas of white floral, citrus, grape fruits, mineral and some spicy tone. Not bad. The palate is another story, lots of sweet yellow fruits suggested that this is from a ripe vintage, but doesn't lack of the mineral to keep this in precise. However, overall this is quite lean and less expressive, with salted mineral driven, short finish. I would love to try this again. Buy - No for now.

June 13, 2011 - Drier than expected this was full of lean racy minerals and just a hint of yellow fruit. Better to wait a while.
