May 25, 2011 - All Grenache so there's that intriguing, gamey thing going on. It smells oaky but the palate is honest. Good acidity, well done at 15 bucks.

January 1, 2011 - Unsettlingly drinkable for a wine with such copious amounts if flavor. Recommended for the discerning and the unfamiliar

December 14, 2010 - This wine has a strong nose of black cherry with a hint of raspberry. With airing, there is a strong star anise nose that develops. The flavors are strong and well balanced by the acidity. A great sipper as well as great for pairing.
