January 19, 2020 - I am frequently astounded by the longevity of German Rieslings. This wine has a nose of petrol and lime. The palate has a fine balance of sweetness. It strikes me as more than kabinet. I detected some primary grape skin notes on the palate. At a modest 10%, it is far too easy to drink! Grilled salmon marinated in soy sauce and ginger (no added sugar), Wow!
