July 10, 2011 - 12.5% alc. Non filtered. Sivi Pinot on the label. The wine was brilliant, I was too busy enjoying it, and didn't take detailed notes. Balance and drive, complexity and volume. E. Tasting at One in Porto Montenegro.

December 18, 2010 - Deep yellow color. Exotic aromas of bananas and pears, butterand fino sherry. Ripe, complex fruit in the mouth with excellent balance, depth and length. A touch oxidative but still fresh. A very unusual but enjoyable Pinot Grigio with salty or spicy food.
