  May 27, 2013 - Maybe too old or simply not my taste. Pleasant melon fruit on the nose. Taste varied and changed as it warmed, became sweeter but the fruit tastes diminished and a soury taste permeated.

  January 12, 2013 - Screwcap. Bright, clear gold in the glass with a delicate nose of orchard fruits and beeswax. Restrained notes of apple and pear finishing in raw honey comb. Not much acidity and most likely on the decline.
