July 12, 2020 - Deeply concentrated on the nose with pure black fruit and whiffs of toast and wood, this Merlot packs a lot of bang for the buck. Full bodied and dry, it's mellow but bright, overflowing with cassis and black cherry flavors and a fresh, herbal finish.

April 30, 2012 - Rich berries, dark wood on the nose, more berries, and over the top tannins. Too young! Wait a few years, I like that it is from Romania. And not bad, nice just to have a few around.

July 11, 2011 - Not much fruit detected, just an average wine.

July 3, 2011 - Above the average run-of-the-mill Merlot. Deeper complexion. Not amazing, but definitely above average. Worth the cheap cost for a good table wine. The market is flooded with bad Merlot these days.

December 9, 2010 - Had with pizza. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Nothing special, but not bad in any way. Good QPR everyday wine.
