May 29, 2011 - An ideal apertif sparkling wine, pale gold in appearance, bubbles exuberantly after pouring. There is honey & sweetness on the nose. A creamy biscuit palate is balanced with refreshing acid crispness. Overall, a lively, easy drinking Australian sparkling wine to enjoy with friends.
