October 13, 2012 - I haven't had a bottle of this in a year. It is very drinkable now smooth with lots of fruit showing. I say drink now or in a year it won get any better. This is a great syrah and great price.

February 4, 2011 - AVTG does GSM blind (Roman Vineyard): Tasted blind. Very dark garnet. Tire rubber, liquid smoke, medicinal black cherry on the nose. Very tight, with a strong dill-coconut oak component to go with leathery cherry notes. Needs time.
