June 11, 2012 - Red berry heat on the nose, fresh aromas. Floral perfume, light tobacco. Leaning more to structure with medium acidity and light tannins. Good amount of heat, red cherry and raspberry, a little mineral vegetal midpalate. Very nice

Nose is clear, medium, youthful centered around cherry fruit.

Palate is dry, medium acidity (maybe +), medium tannin, medium body. Like most italian wine the body fruit is slightly less than the tannin and acidity. Flavor intensity is a bit short as the acidity out runs the fruit character.

    Overall its good for $14.
