December 24, 2012 - Bright yeasty nose. Light green apple essences. Crisp apple citrus on the palate. Lightly yeasty on the back end and dries up quickly on the tongue. Very creamt mouth feel. Delightful.

December 9, 2011 - I should note this is a very late review. I actually drank this about 10 months ago. Excellent wine, very rich and toasty... reminiscent of a great French champagne.
