January 10, 2024 - Cork broke on opening. Decanted one hour, served cool
Youthful, no discernible browning, black fruit and eucalyptus, mature tannins, still fresh acidity. On the cusp for tertiary notes, blackcurrant still leading the way

February 4, 2022 - one hour slow ox in glass. Significant herbal and eucalyptus on the nose with nice cassis, french oak, and a bit of tobacco. Nice bright black currant fruit, sweet around the edges. Mature with just enough ripeness to state that this is in a really nice plateau. Lots of tertiary elements as this evolved through hour 3 with the fruit really shining. A terrific example of Clare Valley fruit - in perfect condition! Delightful!!
