May 2, 2019 - Still very fruity in spite of the age. Zinfandel is there with a light peppery finish. Soft tannins. Full mouth feel. Long finish. Pairs well with food. Needs an hour to open after decanting to dissipate the alcohol.

December 14, 2015 - Started out a little flat and uninspiring, but improved noticeably after being open for about thirty minutes. Still not as good as other Madrigal Vintages, but still a nice Zin.
