April 15, 2018 - Very great nose, very precise on the mouth. I think magnum made the difference, making this wine just fantastic to smell and drink.

February 8, 2017 - I found the nose to be very attractive from the get-go, with a mix of forest floor, herbs and dark cherries; With some air, the palate's fruit was partly overtaken by the intensely acidic backbone, which detracted from it somewhat; Solid but not spectacular

February 1, 2016 - Really enjoyable. Super bright (almost to a fault). Bright cherry fruit dominates. Tertiary development starting to peak through, with savory/smoky notes emerging, but still very youthful. Seems like it has a long life ahead of it. Sad that it was my only one.

October 28, 2015 - The nose is quite alluring, with a mix of dried berries, forest floor and a touch of barnyard; The palate is quite light with a solid core of acidity coming through to the finish; Quite solid for the price if not overly exciting

July 29, 2005 - @ Premier Cru. Medium-dark purple color. Dark-fruit, violet and earthy spice on the nose. Great premier cru wine that simply lacks the definition and true depth of a grand cru. May improve over the next few years as some of the tannin softens.
