December 15, 2010 - Intensely perfumed with fragrant sweet herbs and lavedar with grapefruit peel. High-toned and vibrant on the palate with racy minerality. Very precise and balanced with clean flavors and a long spicy finish. You could drink over 20 years but who could wait!

November 25, 2006 - Last bottle...and still very consistent to the previous ones, a very refreshing Riesling Spatlese that was easy going down, with an abundant steely nose of minerals, but yielding a strong framework of fruit on tasting.

June 14, 2006 - Very similar to the last time...color a very light straw and a strong mineral like nose with a flinty steel like nuance and some lime citrus backing. Served chilled...this had an easy entry that was sweet, but quickly did the ying yang turn on the end with a balanced, but pronounced citrus twang that was very pleasing...a great summer wine.

A very clean and fresh tasting wine with highlights of tart apples and the sweet side of pineapple with a rounded acidic finish. Very refreshing...
