  December 29, 2016 - This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel was actually much better than I expected, and I'll admit I was expecting something tasty. Aromas of subtle white pepper, spiced plum, and mocha led to flavours of spiced-cassis, spiced-plum, black cherry, and mocha. And there was even more as the night progressed: spicy and peppery dark fruit played on the mid-palate while dark cocoa rounded it off on the finish.

  January 8, 2012 - Nice dark ruby red color. On the nose dark fruit - cherries, dark plum and berries. On the palate nice, balanced fruit. It isn't a bid bold wine, but this blend is a pleasant wine to have with food. Well worth the money. We decanted it for about an hour and a half, which mellowed out any tannins on the finish, but enough was left to hold it together.
