February 22, 2020 - My last bottle, it was popped 'n poured. The cork looked pristine. No real change from my previous bottle in 2015...My notes from then..."a big surprise. It was a weak year, and I was not expecting a wine that still had so much fruit left. It had a nice balance between acids, tannins, and fruit. A slight mushroomy, forest floor, scent. But just barely."
My only change, would be, the tannis are almost gone. If I had a bottle left, I would drink it soon. -

We popped and poured this. Truthfully, it should have been stood up a day ago, to let the sediment settle. A slight mushroomy, forest floor, scent. But just barely.
