  February 9, 2017 - Weird bitter herbaceousness on the nose and on the pallet. Like a really bad cherry flavored cough syrup. I had 6 of these and there was a lot of bottle variation - some were OK to good and others went down the sink. Glad to be done with this one.

  May 31, 2014 - The additional 3 years of bottle time have really helped this one. I'd recommend even more bottle time as this one held together for 3 full days after opening with refrigeration. Last glass showed no hint of oxidation. Medium bodied, and seems the acidity and tannins have smoothed/receded enough to let some of the fruit come through. Fruit has years of life left ahead. I'd say give these another couple of years and it might reach 89-90 territory.
