Community Tasting Notes 2

September 12, 2011 - Surprisingly tasty and bright. Lighter than most cabs, very drinkable. It would be a good accompaniment to lighter fare such as the london broil I had it with, but the tannins are barely noticeable so not with a good steak.

November 11, 2010 - Bright fresh nose. A bit green and vegital. Tannins are pretty mellow but still there. Green bell pepper is noticable. A bit of sour cherry comes through with a touch of leather. Mostly bright fruit. Pretty good for an inexpensive cab.
